Redesigning your website as a digital services strategy

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

The website is where the public meets your government online today. In this hands-on workshop, we will discuss and demonstrate an approach to using a website redesign as the proving ground for a local digital services strategy.

We will share tools and practices for applying 21st Digital Government principles to your redesign, including 1) finding a baseline, 2) creating an inventory of digital services, 3) redesigning content, 4) prototyping transactions, and 5) testing with users.

We will go beyond case studies. Attendees will leave with a prototyped digital service and an assessment of your current website's performance and experience.
