How to write an agile RFP

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Henry Ford said: “If I asked my customers what they wanted, they would have said a faster horse.”

Government buys a lot of faster horses.

Instead of laboriously writing hundreds of pages of specs for faster horses, let’s start buying self-driving cars. At this hands-on workshop, we’ll talk through a shared challenge together and develop a Scope of Work in real time. You’ll walk out of the session with a draft RFP that articulates your goals and gives you flexibility to meet them using agile methods. We’ll focus on a specific project, but this will be a case study for how you can write RFPs for anything from software to art.

Join us to learn how RFPs can meet legal requirements for fair competition, while still getting potential partners excited about your project.
